I am using Hibernate with spring framework and mysql db . I am executing the hibernate query from my java class using the below syntax
Code:
  List<Object> lis = getSession().createSQLQuery(sb.toString()).list();
where sb in the complete query.

In mysql i have column of set Datatype . When hibernate executes and return the results for the set datatype column it returns only the first character of the set value .

for example if the column value is val1,val2 it gives only v.

Please suggest some ideas.
