when I use Hibernate Restrictions.ilike I found that
Hibernate pass Java String.toLowerCase() as value
but use dialect.getLowercaseFunction() as column key

if query value contains a roman charactor "Ⅱ",
String.toLowerCase() will make it "ⅱ",but oracle lower()
still leave "Ⅱ" as "Ⅱ",this makes result set wrong.

is this a bug or am I missed something?

Thanks for help
