I WANT TO AGREGATE A NEW COLUMN IN RELATION MAY TO MANY. THE JOIN TABLE HAVE THE IDS OF BOTH TABLES BUT I WANT ONE COLUMN MORE.
THE TABLES ARE MEDICAMENTO AND PARASITO THE JOIN TABLE IN THE RELATION MANY TO MANY HAVE MEDICAMENTO_ID AND PARASITO_ID, I WANT TO INSERT THE COLUMN ELECCION. HOW CAN I DO THAT..?

PLEASE HELP ME..

Book 'Java Persistence with Hibernate' chapter 7.2.3: Adding columns to join tables
This section explains exactly what you need.
Unfortunately it is to much for me to re-type it all here as this chapter 5 entire pages long.
