Caused by: org.hibernate.DuplicateMappingException: Duplicate class/entity mapping

I am using Apache Wink to create my RESTful Web Service.
I have used Hibernate to do CRUD operation on my MySQL Database.

And I am getting the Exception Caused by: org.hibernate.DuplicateMappingException: Duplicate class/entity mapping

I am not able to figure out what is wrong?
I had used the same Hibernate classes and mappings with Jersey on Glassfish and It was working fine.
The whole application was throughly tested and then there was this requirement to migrate to Tomcat 6.x
While doing that I had reused my Hibernate Layer with Apache Wink and have faced this issue.

Please advice.
