One-To-One Mapping

I have two tables (t_Persos and t_PersonInfo). Table t_PersonInfo have field Person_id ref by t_Person.

I have two classes Person and PersonInfo, but on my application Person have PersonInfo

public class Person
{
private PersonInfo info;
}

Can I do this using hibernate one-to-one mapping?
