 Post subject: hibernate and Spring not working in Weblogic 10.3

I have created an applicication using appfuse framework .My application use hibernate for as an ORM and spring for MVC. After compiling i get a .war file but when i deploy it in Sun server and tomacat it works okay but fails to work with weblogic.
I have tried to add jar file to the classppath of weblogic but yet the application bring error

plis help
