 Post subject: Store Procedure with Hibernate 2

I was trying to call some store procedure through my business logic so that I can get data fast instead of calling HQLs. Can store procedures be called with the help of named queries in Hibernate 2 ?? I googled and found it with hibernate 3 but in my project I can not upgrade hibernate right now. Not sure about hibernate 2.0
