 Post subject: XML mapping relative path vs absolute path

I'm writing a web application with Hibernate.
Could you please explain me what is the difference between these two mappings:
<mapping resource="foo/Foo.hbm.xml"/>
and
<mapping resource="/foo/Foo.hbm.xml"/>
Where the file will be looked for in the second case?
